「Upon arrival it tool over 20 min to pull up my reservation. The concierge was very friendly and helpful, but still I had to stand and wonder at 11:30PM if I have a room to stay at that night. During breakfast, food was fresh, but tables not cleaned up. When I walked in for breakfast, 2 tables occupied, 4 or 5 dirty, remaining 2 in direct sunlight. 」

「This room was petty expensive, over $100 and i was excited because they had recently remodeled. However, my room must've gotten all the old stuff from the new rooms. The bed was sagging and made very sloppy. The furniture had burns in it and was outdated. The ac unit was old as well. The security lock was gone and replaced with something old as well and the patch job was horrible. The worst was the repair to the door to block the 2 inch gap.
