"Everything was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and while it is not a particularly kid focused hotel, the kids (6 and 8) were always welcome and accomodated. Breakfast was perfect and the two dinners we had in the reataurant were excellent. It was our first stay but we are already planning to come back. The only downfall was the small bathroom sink. "

"Final stop on our road trip around Europe, and like all the other hotels we used, this was excellent. Parking was easy and straightforward, and the hotel is 15-20 mins walk from the centre of Hannover. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed, and the breakfast and dinner was excellent too."

"Our reservation said reception would be available until 8 p.m. We arrived at 5 p.m. The door was locked and no reception. There was a number on the door to call but it did not connect. If not for another guest who happened to be going in I don't know how we would have gotten in. Our key was on the desk with no directions. We couldn't find our room.
