"The hotel is very conveniently located near public transport and the room I got was of a good size but over all the cleaners let us down everyday just changing the bed and towels, didn't clean the room or kitchen as expected. "

"Nice hotel and very central for a holiday in Amsterdam. Booked what was said to be a twin room but was allocated a single. There was a bit of a canal view as promised but only if looked in the right direction over the roofs outside my window. In my room there was also the noise of a main cistern filling from around 6.30 to 7.30 every morning when people were having showers but the room was lovely and warm and quiet the rest of the time. Nice pubs next door."

"Lively decor. Too bad there's not much to do in the area. The shuttle bus to the airport was booked above capacity on two occasions, which seems to defeat the purpose to having a reservation system for the shuttle bus."

Having stayed at the INK Hotel across the road previously, but wanting a more wallet friendly option in a similar location I was extremely pleasantly surprised with this hotel, which has a lovely light and modern reception area with free hot drinks. As a female travelling alone I felt extremely safe with the requirement for hotel key cards to access both entrances, the lift and the reception toilets.
