"The concierge who was working Friday and Saturday was the most miserable and unhelpful person I have encountered. If you are young and pretty, he is all over you and can’t do enough, but if you are “older” he is not interested in helping. I was disinclined to ask him anything as he was very surely. However, the concierge that was on duty on Sunday was very pleasant and most helpful."

"Centrally located hotel with good breakfast and great staff! The rooms were very small and the bathroom did not have a door that closed so the noise was muted. Really comfortable bed but no bedside table or dresser. A dresser instead of a desk would be useful. It was quiet and we really appreciated that for dealing with jet lag!"
