「The bed is big, however climbing up the bed is a bit tricky. The environment is quiet, nice and there are always friendly receptionists. We did enjoy our 3 night there, but probably no more than that, big luggage is really hard to get access and need to manage the space well. The toilet and shower room is amazingly well maintained and clean. 」

「Clean place however needs maintaining, for example the toilet was missing a button to be able to flush it and entrance to hotel smelt very strong of urine. A very nice area to stay in but I wouldn’t say this place screams luxury at all, you get what you pay for. Walls are very thin so you can hear everyone around you. Doors are unlocked using phones which doesn’t feel so secure alongside no proper manual locks on doors that work. It would also be nice to see more staff as one only checks in...

「Great stay, Spacious room and bathroom, clean and tidy. Close to number 19 tram station which can take you to many museums such as Van Gogh museum. Breakfast is good. The pillow is way too soft for me, hopefully the hotel will upgrade it soon. Bed is comfortable and XO is already upgrading their mattress floor by floor when we left on 2025.9.30. Not much restaurant nearby the hotel.」

「Our twin room is very spacious, even after we open up our luggage. The beds are very comfy with thick mattresses. Room is very clean, no complain. The only downside is the shower is quite small for guest room of this size. The hotel is quite secure, you will need to touch your room card to go up to your floor. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and we highly recommend anyone to add it in your booking (is cheaper this way).」

「All the service is very nice, warm, friendly, welcoming, just looks like a closer friends. :-) And I think the space is very well, because the area is quite clear and big. Feeling so comfortable, I think. And the breakfast is really really good, delicious, well taste, and professional. It’s my second time to came Amsterdam for trips, if I will have trips again, I will always choose this hotel again. It’s quite nice! We from Taiwan, we all appreciate all people in this hotel and...

「其實房間都潔淨⋯員工都好熱情好nice，但原來全部燈都好暗⋯⋯好似要省電咁⋯⋯令人感覺不太自在，感覺像是家庭式生意，電話and水煲都無。早餐亦好少選擇。唔多近中心，如果咁既價錢應該可以找間更好。」
