Our stay was exceptional, in large part, because of the hotel's warm, engaging, and responsive staff at all levels, from Florencia and Alex at the front desk to Albert in the restaurant and from Daigon in housekeeping to Chavelle in the concierge desk. It should be noted that hotel accommodations are excellent and the building is well maintained. Plus, it is well situated, including a quick walk from Central Station.

The hotel was lovely. The bar was super nice and the staff there were very helpful and so kind. The gentleman with the Australian accent was phenomenal (I didn’t catch his name). The reception staff were so sweet to us. We were on our honeymoon and they sent up a lovely hand written card congratulating us and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. So sweet. The hotel itself is in an excellent location and within walking distance to tons of stuff and is also right across from Central Station and canal cruises. Also just down the road from the Red Light distrtict. The room was clean and comfortable. Very nice staff and excellent hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, bathroom was clean and had ample storage / counter space. Bed was comfortable. The location across from the train station was superb and we were able to walk to everything.

Location was perfect for me, as was the theme and look of the hotel. Location and look won’t appeal to everyone in the same way but one thing I think will appeal to all was the friendliness of the staff. Personally it felt wonderful, like a home away from home, whenever they were there to greet me or see me on my way.
