「the room floor was not vacuum cleaned up. shower cubicle ceiling has mould, so does the fridge gluts. have to request a room change. the second room’s fridge gluts has mould too and the toilet wasn’t flushing.flush.wasworking 」

「There was occasionally an unpleasant odor when opening the dishwasher in the kitchen, and the ventilation could be improved. At times, there was no hot water available during showers for one day. We lived for 5 days. However, the staff were very friendly, and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning the room every day. 」
