Our room was double booked so they upgraded us to the XO City West. A better hotel and closer to town which appreciated. Area was safe and quiet but very few places around to eat. We walked into the city area, about 4kms, easy walk. Staff were very nice.

Filthy hotel, cleaners did the bare minimum. No soap in room, no toilet roll and 1 coffee for 3 people. Mattresses stained with urine/blood. Staff at reception very helpful.

Terrible experience

This is a rubbish hotel. I found hairs, dirty things on pillow and the floor. I booked two days, but decided to give up the room. They didn’t provide any refund. This is the terrible hotel. Never book this hotel.
