I accidentally booked the wrong dates at Corendon New West and realized the mistake almost immediately. I contacted the hotel right away to try to correct it or cancel the reservation, hoping for at least a partial refund or credit. Unfortunately, they refused to offer any kind of solution, it was an honest mistake.
I understand that policies exist, but good customer service means being reasonable and understanding especially when someone reaches out quickly to fix a simple error. Instead, I was met with a rigid “no refunds” response and zero willingness to help.
This experience left a very bad impression. I won’t be booking with Corendon New West again, and I’d caution others to double-check your dates because if you make even a small mistake, they’ll keep your money without hesitation.
One star. Very disappointed.
