「Great place 」

「Nearby environment is not so clean.」

「The blonde girl staff on duty exhibited a level of service that I found to be highly unprofessional and disrespectful. During our interaction, she was dismissive and lacked the basic courtesy expected in the hospitality industry. Specifically, her attitude made me feel unwelcome, and she showed a clear lack of effort in addressing my needs as a guest. This type of behavior is unacceptable for a hotel of your standing and significantly impacted my stay. This was the worst check-in experience.」

「房間清潔，空間感大，推薦」

「Very nice. Good location and quite neighbourhood!」

「Breakfast buffet is quite good, but a little bit dirty for the hotel room, especially the bathroom」

「Always love my stay at the Banks. It’s fun to meet other travelers while having wine in the living room, and the breakfast can’t be beat!」

「Free hotel shuttle service between airport and hotel is good for transit travellers who don’t want to bother public transportation. It will be better if the hotel shuttle is bigger in size. 」

「地點很好，但服務態度跟客房，尤其是床鋪都很簡陋，很廉價的感覺。是不提供清掃的。」
