"The hotel was easy to get to by public transportation from Amsterdam, and it was clean and pretty inside. Our room was clean, quiet, and pleasant. The beds were comfortable too. There is a restaurant onsite, which we ate dinner at, that had a nice waiter and good food. There is a frequent free shuttle to the/from the airport, but heading to the airport be sure to allow the full 20 minutes because Ibis Styles is one of three places the shuttle stops. We arrived during the afternoon and walked about 10 minutes to Amsterdam Forest, where we wandered the paths for an hour or so, seeing Highland cows, lots of birds, and a really beautiful environment."

"Check in lady was very helpful. She explained all the amenities very well and gave us options for the room. Shuttle to airport was from door to door. And every 15 minutes. Everything was clean and nice."

"Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Black out curtains / blinds made for a very peaceful & quiet sleep (esp so close to an airport)! Five minute walk to Schiphol. I would stay again. "

"Tuve un problema al hacer check in me volvieron a cobrar el total de la estancia siendo que se habia pagado en su totalidad y que solo era pagar el impuesto local al momento de hacer check in, no ofrecen cafe de cortesia te lo cobran pides el vaso en recepcion por un costo de 3 euros, tambien tienen aguas y coca colas que porcierto a 5 euros el refresco, si quieres que limpien tu habitación tienes que dejar el carton puesto en la puerta antes de las 8 de la mañana por que si no lo dejas no lo limpian , asi que dejen el carton puesto desde la noche antes porque quien carajos se va a levantar antes de las 8 am a ponerlo"

"This is an excellent hotel with phenomenal customer service from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Excellent hotel staff with a can-do attitude. The breakfast in the morning was sensational. The hotel is extremely well located in the heart of the city yet very quiet in the room. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel at any time."

"Small room, but it was comfortable and had everything I needed. The room was big enough for the bed, a shower, sink, small desk, and toilet. Plus a tv on the wall. But that was all I really need out of a room. You had to squeeze by the bed to get to the other side of the room. The breakfast was a great start to my day with an assortment of breads, juices, coffees, and soft boiled eggs and mini pancakes. The airport shuttle was nice as well. Ran every 20 minutes all day."

"The only two things I like about this hotel: a delicious breakfast with many options and comfy mattress. Other than that, it's an outdated hotel that needs a lot of work. Walls and floors in my room were extremely dirty, no bed side tables, no shampoo/condition (just hand soap)."
