The hotel room was average, but it was incredibly comfortable and offered excellent value for the price. There were stains on the carpet, but I suppose that’s unavoidable. Even if you cleaned it thoroughly, the stains would still be there. The manager, Fabian, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He even allowed me to check out late, which I truly appreciated. The amenities were amazing. There was an indoor pool, an excellent gym, a sanitarium, a sauna, a steam room, and Himalayan salt for body rubs. They even had ice for use in the sauna, which was a delightful treat after a long flight. The breakfast was delicious, and the dining was equally good. However, it seemed that everyone except the manager was unfamiliar with the hotel’s facilities and services. It appeared that they were relatively new to the industry.

Im Zimmer war sehr viel Schmutz, vor allem der Teppichboden, bei der Badewanne der Verschluss war verschimmelt,so wie auch andere Teile im Badezimmer! Ein Tag wurde unser Zimmer nicht einmal geputzt oder aufgebettet! Wir hatte beim Zimmermädchen nachgefragt, ob sie dies bitte putzen könnte, sie stimmt zu, es blieb aber ungeputzt! Schrecklich…! Die Spiegel im Zimmer waren schmutzig

The rooms are great, quiet and spacious. There is no mini bar though. One thing I noticed was that the toilet paper was remarkably hard for a hotel in this category. A word of caution about “room service”: they call you when your food is ready and expect you to pick it up at the bar. That is not announced anywhere when using their very convenient online ordering system. The spa is spacious and I had a good time there. It is better than most hotel spas, though the pool is too warm and gets cloudy with time - people just can’t follow sauna etiquette/take a proper shower before going into the pool. Atmosphere is hit or miss, as many people are very loud in these spaces and treat them as a social occasion. Another thing is that they should give out reusable plastic slippers. The hotel slippers are not usable when wet. All things considered, I would stop here again if I needed a place at the airport.

Very practical and well operated airport hotel. The room was clean and quiet. Most important to me, the quality of the bed and the bedding was all excellent. Only negative is absolute lack of streaming or smart TV options, so no way to watch Netflix etc in the rooms. That meant two English language news channels only, which is pretty lame considering it is 2026. Otherwise a comfortable and pleasant hotel.

Wow, such a lovely experience. I was traveling alone with my 5 year old and the staff was so helpful and friendly. They welcomed us with a small stuffed animal for my kiddo, a free bathing suit so she could swim, and free breakfast for her in the morning. The airport shuttle was so convenient and the room and facilities were great. We will definitely stay there again in the future. Many thanks to the entire staff!
