「Haven’t booked your Expedia with being told that we would not be charged until check-in. We were charged the full amount twice prior to arriving. The staffed sorted out quickly, but it was a bit of an inconvenience. I also would say that the sound between floors is not great.」

「The reception staff were always very helpful and polite. I'm really surprised that Expedia advertise and allow its customers to use this property. Our room was tiny. The shower was within the same tiny space as the toilet so when you showered the toilet got soaked.」

「The sound isolation was terrible. It states that there are washing machine but it turns out there is not.」

「reception is nice Location is great Decoration is cozy and modern One room has been upgraded to balcony thanks and my parents love it Three opportunities 1. Room is a bit dark - one more on top lighting will be better 2. AC in the room causes noise 3. Breakfast is ok but not a little bit behind the nh central near the museum」

「All staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Room is nice. Located in a quite place yet with tram stop and metro not far away from hotel. Only 10 minutes to the central」

「Having self service laundry is so good. The bed is comfort.」
