「We got here just as the road into Alucante was closed due to flooding. Booking in even though busy done and all necessary advise provided. Decide to have a few drinks and something to eat, really good service, snd food well priced and rrally good.」

「The hotel has an excellent central location in Alicante, near to the metro, train and buses. The reception staff were very friendly and the room and the hotel were spotless. The free tea and coffee in the foyer is a nice touch. 」

「What a superb little place! We absolutely loved it here, we had room 202 which had 2 little balconies, one with table and chairs which was brilliant for people watching. Everything was immaculate, very comfortable bed, good shower with shower gel and toiletries and the whole place smelt so nice. The location couldn’t be any better, excellent value, we will definitely stay here again when we’re next in Alicante.」

「Hotel was clean staff were ok no beach front as advertised had to walk a lot no way to find a restaurant then that was terrible and expensive I did not rate this area at all 」

「This hotel is underrated in many ways. The rooms are completely renovated, and I actually love how they preserve the "classic" style of a hotel in many ways when it comes to cleaning (not like those that pretend to be ecological just to save a buck). The pictures on this listing should be updated as it's much better than depicted here. Also, as the reviews so say, the staff in the hotel is great.」

「Our corner Deluxe bedroom (Room8) with 3 amazing windows was amazing. Bed was very comfortable the decor was very authentic. However the shower area does need to be replaced. All the reception and cleaning staff we met were very polite and helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending Luces de Catedral.」
