"This looked nothing like the picture's AC didn’t work. Bathroom door knob was broken mold in the shower. Blankets had burn holes and black stains and blankets had rips. Main door had gaps that you could see outside through them. We had cots with us so we slept on them and not the beds. Wasn’t able to find another place to stay so late. It was HORRIBLE!"

"Upon entering the room, the room seemed to be clean, but once we got in and close the door, there was a strong urine smell. The staff was helpful. The Wi-Fi worked just fine. There was a lot of food and shops up and down Manhattan. The power went out so we had to leave a day early and you do have to hound them about returning your room deposit."
