Dont get freaked out when you arrive as the building and facility looked a bit old and worn, my room was beautiful and bath was spotless. The management and staff were just terrific in terms of directions, restaurant recommendations, etc. The breakfast is standard but quite good. For the price, this is a great value in an expensive, touristy Italian city!"

"The hotel is located in a convenient place, near by public transportation, if you are in a good shape you can also walk and it is outside the ZTL zone if you are renting a car. Breakfast was really good, we received wine as a welcome and the room was clean, beds confortable and with street view. The only issue the elevator broke the day we left and we had to carry our bags from the 4th floor. "
