"On arrival, the reception welcome was adequate but not anything more! It lacked enthusiasm and information about staying in the city of Lisbon, something that is needed for if you have never been to Lisbon before.Otherwise the hotel was clean quiet and good value for a city break. "

"Not a great location for exploring, the hotel was fine, close enough to the metro which is clean and safe. The room was uncomfortably cold-no way to turn on heat, no extra blanket. Staff were great."
