"Hotel Sorriso is currently rated at two star level. The room allocated to my wife and I was at least three star level. It was large, well furnished and suited us very well. There was one thing that would have made it perfect, and that was the provision of a kettle and a couple of cups. When checking out, we discussed this with the manager, who told us that she provides kettles and cups upon request. Perhaps guests should be advised of that option. Otherwise, it was an extremely satisfying stay...

"Pros........ Price was resonable fir the stay. Staff friendly and welcoming. Quiet if closing windows, but no loud noises which caused a problem. Locality to shops, transport and walking. Neutral......... Breakfast was basic, but searved enough to set up for the day....would like some hot food like saugages, bacon etc...instead of ham and cheese, but not a big issue...... Bed sheets clean but old fashion beds spreads. Negatives..... Hotel rooms need updating. Need duvets instead of...

"The Hotel is just a stones throw from the Airport, takes only 20 minutes to walk. Arrived at the hotel around 9pm and was checked in by a very kind gentleman who also swapped out my TV which was having a few technical issues. Tickets for the No5 bus into Venice the next day were from the helpful lady in the small shop just up the road - another 20 minutes later and you're in Plaza Roma. After my 2 night stay I had an early morning flight so after making breakfast in the hotel I left to walk to...

"The cleaness is remarkable. Supportive and dedicated staff, Iryne gave us good touristic advises. Rich breakfast. Quiet location and very easy to access from the Ferry station. Direct ferry to Venice San Marco, to Santa Lucia railways station.i would highly recommend it for future stays."

"Very close to the train station and off the Main Street with plenty of dining options . The only thing I can say negative is they will only give you one key card. I got a sick belly and my young men wanted to go out for the evening. I had to get up late to go open the door for them because reception leaves at 10:30. I could not send the card with them because power to room shuts off without it. Very inconvenient. "
