Small boutique hotel. Great location. Staff super friendly and accommodated us with minor details like; extra towels, etc.. Made sure every day we came back to room' it was made and we had a fresh pile of towels and essentitials. super nice staff.

Excellent location, very close to the train station and vaporetto docks. Twin room with my son was nice but the shower temperature was quite temperamental, as was the wifi signal in the 2nd floor. Breakfast buffet was quite basic but plentiful. Good value for the price.

Very friendly staff on front desk and cleaning staff. The lady managed to get our 2 rooms 1 hour before official check in time. Rooms were comfortable for a stay of a couple of days. Just a few minutes walk from train and bus station.

Wanted the sense of being in Venice, this hotel is on a main walkway so it is a bit noisy (room is well soundproofed when windows are closed) but good meal choices nearby and a market. Close to Grand Canal and train, bus stations.

Hotel was perfect for what I paid for. It was convenient. It was a three minute walk from the metro station. When you get to the hotel your greeted by friendly staff. They did have an elevator.

Best place for stay in Venice

Amazing location. Walking distance to everything important. We walked from cruise port. Used train station. And see Venice st Lucia. I love the hotel. Room super clean. Staff very friendly and helpful

Good basic hotel. Staff were great. Beds comfortable. Room and bathroom very small. Couldn't open window to open shutters because of the mosquitoes so it was very dark during the day. Bathroom completely tiled and grout was dirty.

This was our third stay here! We love the close location to the train station and bus to the airport. Also the boat taxi is only a few minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. Rooms provide minimal amenities with older decor but perfect for a couple of nights. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. They also provide breakfast although we have not taken it. I will definitely stay here again!
