優美的環境 不好的品質
這麼優美的環境搭配上年久失修的裝潢真的覺得非常的可惜
到處都是破碎的布料
快坍塌的木板
雖然風景真的好美 還號稱媲美日月潭
但住宿的品質完全可惜了
尤其是開到門口完全沒燈 都不知道自己開去哪了
希望接手的業者可以用點心使苗栗的旅遊加分

推薦但仍有需改善的地方
整體CP值算高 加購的早餐美味好吃 乾淨舒適整潔 但冷氣不冷室內空間偏小 打掃房間會有遺漏的地方有點像是做一半 因為在山區所以室外蚊蟲稍多建議帶防蚊液 但房間內無蚊蟲這點很讚 不知道是不是因為我味覺太敏感 洗澡時水有股魚腥味感覺是直接引旁邊水庫的水未經自來水處理過 另外我到check in時才被告知房型是無電視冰箱跟網路訂房網路 希望未來能在訂房網上特別加注
櫃檯服務人員親切環境幽美 到了晚上又有另一種氣氛 適合情旅散步 未來有機會依然會來住

服務親切，環境舒服
服務親切，原本預定的是雙人房，check in時，接待人員看到了同行有小小孩，主動幫忙安排了和室房型，又升等四人 雙床房型，真的很貼心。
一路從入口延路到飯店，人員都微笑打招乎問好，環境簡單乾淨，唯一美中不足的是裝璜舊了些，新的團隊接手，看來沒有再多加修繕。
