"This was a cute hotel. I arrived early as I thought they would be able to hold my luggage until check in. They only have paid lockers for you to store your luggage. One of the employees told me to come back at 1pm and my room might be ready then. I did and was required to pay 10€ for early check in. I paid it, I was so tired. They have vending machines in the lobby but nothing really substantial. There is a restaurant across the street but I am not sure what type of fod they have. You need to...

"The person at the customer service when we checked in. He checked us early probably knowing that we were very tired and sleepy after a long flight. Most of all he personally came to inform us in the lobby when the room was ready. He also helped us get a taxi. God bless him."

"Our room was incredibly hot, we turned on the AC unit but it didn’t do anything to change the temperature, even with the window open it was too hot. I let the staff know and they said the AC was off for the hotel but the rest of the hotel was cool and other guests said their rooms were fine. "

"Sleep N atocha is a great and affordable way to stay in Madrid. It is close to transportation and the rooms are a bit small but very clean and comfortable. The best thing about this place is the staff and friendly service. The girls who run this place are super nice and helpful. We loved the roof top loft and wish we booked breakfast while we were there. Also loved the boutique style decor. I would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"The check in was confusing because the listed address was different than the check in location. Instructions posted on the door were written in confusing English but after 10 minutes I grabbed a clue and found the office. Excellent location. There a dozens of food shops and two supermarkets close by.
