Second visit, previous in January, and if anything the expert has improved. Excellent location, professional service in modern building and pleasant if somewhat spartan rooms. Very efficient for a solo traveller.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Mendez Alvaro Metro Station. There is also a busy McDonalds located inside the hotel building site. The huge new "Madnum" office complex across the street includes many very trendy restaurants and bars...

A nice clean hotel with a lovely terrace. I liked my room a lot. It's a farther walk from Atocha than the name implies (20-25 minutes) and in a relatively dead area.

A clean, quiet, simple hotel, one commuter train stop away from the Atocha train station. I would have given five stars, if a refrigerator and microwave oven were in the room.

Clean, small rooms and a decent location a short ride from Atocha station. We stayed here as a 1 night stop before flying out of Spain the next day which it worked well for. I wouldn’t recommend the location for a lengthy tourist visit but the hotel is nice and the staff were great.

The room is clean and the size is fine. Location is good that it’s close to the train and underground. It’s also close to one of the bus stations.

The staff and the room were great. I couldn't get the aircon to work, however I was only staying one night so it wasn't a major issue.

Great location for tourists visiting Madrid with a Metro station and bus station a short walk away. Super friendly and helpful staff. Only minor complaint is the rooms are really bare bones. No fridge in a warm country seems odd. Bathroom and shower door are also the same which made showering a challenge. However, given the location and how good service was from the staff I would still stay there again.

The hotel was very basic, and unfortunately, the room was extremely small, even for one person. There was barely any space for luggage and no closet, which made it difficult to keep things organized. The bathroom door serves two purposes as the bathroom door and the shower door , which was quite unusual and not very convenient. The bed was also extremely hard and uncomfortable. On a positive note, the cleaning staff did a good job and kept the room clean. One thing to keep in mind: if you arrive early and need to leave your luggage at the hotel, you have to pay to use the lockers. I travel extensively and have never encountered this before. Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again on future travels.

There are not much amenities in the room. But if you are just going to stay at night and see the town during day time, then it is good one as this is close to metro and bus station.

Our stay here was very lovely, the room was so clean and spacious, the only downside is that there are not many dining options available nearby, aside from that, it is a good location.
