"Had a great stay at &Here before flying home through Narita. It was a short walk to the train station for a direct train to the airport. It was located close to many desirable restaurants and shops. I also loved that the lobby had a cafe inside with ample work space."

"This is an apartment hotel and best suited for longer stays. The rooms are well stocked with a decent size kitchen and in-suite laundry unit. It's clean and reasonably priced. The neighbourhood is very close to many train lines. But the best thing about Section L is the staff. Very friendly and very helpful! "

"Great location.
The family triple room is much smaller than the photo. No room to open suitcases or stand up without the others sitting on the beds. Quite high step up to the bathroom, which is also tiny, expecting banging your head when you get up from the toilet. "

"A very convenient and nice, clean place to stay with very friendly and helpful staff. I really enjoyed the drinks staion in the lobby. I do wish that it was cooler in the elevator."

"We really liked this location in the “sumo” neighbourhood. Close to train stations and easy access to tourist attractions.
Lots of restaurants close by.
The customer service could improve, we stayed for 6 nights and our room was serviced once. Also, only way you’re getting an early check-in or late checkout is by paying ¥2000 per hour. So check-in and checkout time are really busy..
The hotel is nice. There is a common area on the second floor as well as a Lawson’s. Opt for a twin corner room if you can, the rooms we clean, comfortable, and modern, we would stay here again."
"Amazing staff. Amazing pizza restaurant that gets fully booked every night. Amazing room. Amazing location with it being a 1 minute walk from the main strip in Akihabara. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. "
"Excellent staff, lovely hotel. Location was a bit of a walk if coming from Ueno train station with bags initially - but once settled in, there is a super convenient subway station right nearby. Highly recommend using it to get around, as it hooked up to a number of areas really easily. Room had a great view of the Tokyo Sky Tower. Rooms were very clean. Second floor has dryers, washing machines, and a vending machine. Near the hotel - there are a number of convenience stores, food places, and shopping areas, all easy walking distance. Breakfast is from the top floor, with lovely view of the Tokyo Sky Tower again and the surrounding area. Staff at the breakfast are highly attentive, and super polite. Reception staff were also excellent - and went above and beyond when I asked about restaurants in the area. Would stay again!"
"Our room was very clean. The toilet and shower were top notch. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I didn't care for was having to buy a small (not so great) cup of coffee for 900 yen. "
"The room is well furnished and the female checkin staff was quite helpful and her English was good. The place is quieter from the opposite side of the road which is nearer to the train station. Overall it was a good experience. We were given only two bottles of mineral water for the 7 day stay."
"Location was very convenient. Keisei Ueno station, Ueno station, and Okachimachi station were all within walking distance of less than 10min. Having direct access to Narita airport via skyliner means you do not have to lug ur luggage around when changing lines in the metro (metro transfers in japan are known to be long and mostly staircases). Plenty of dining options nearby near Ameyoko shopping street. If not, there’s a 7-11 and family mart within 100m for a quick fix. No issues at all with the room, clean and quiet as expected. "
