A very good hotel. It is situated in a very nice location. It is very close to the train station and many convenient stores and restaurants. The room is a bit small but it is clean. Housekeeping don't clean the room but they leave fresh towels outside the room. I'd recommend the hotel for its convenience.

This hotel is a great place to stay. The location is very convenient to Ueno and all that comes with that area. It is all very walkable but if that’s not your thing the ginza line and the yamanote line are both right there.

The rooms were clean, quiet, and the curtains fully sun blocking, which made this a restful break from busy days of exploring Tokyo while being within convenient walking distance of quite a few train stations.

Great hotel, not too far from Ameyoko market and not too close so that it isnt too busy. Only difficulty was that there was no designated smoking area but the 7-11 across the street had a smoking area so that was ok. Overall this is a very good hotel. Also it was in walking distance of Akihabara electric town.

Room was small as expected but super functional, well-stocked and clean. The only disappointment was the breakfast; the limited options (only two, and gluten-free) made it the least enjoyable meals of my Tokyo trip. There were much better food choices available in the neighborhood.

This is a very good hotel with friendly, kind and courteous staff. I always feel welcome and peaceful when I stay here. Amenities are very good with daily fresh towels and yukata. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash all provided in the bathroom along with a fridge in the main room. The hotel is close to several convenience stores and a short walk from the activities and great food in Ueno. It’s a great location close to Ueno and adjacent to Suehirocho station on the Ginza line. For anyone new to Tokyo or Ueno, this location is vibrant but more calm than Shibuya and Shinjuku.

Not really much else to say butnthat Apa hotels are a part of every trip we have planned. We have never had a bad expierence woth Apa hotels. The staff has always been amazing. The rooms are always clean. And they are always located in very convenient areas. We will be back next time we are in Akiharbara! Thank you for your amazing service!
