Located within walking distance to train stations for multiple lines was a great convenience. The hotel has games which keep the kids entertained. The room was of a comfortable size for my family of 2 adults and 2 kids, and was clean. Towels were changed daily and sheets once every 4th day. The staff speaks good English and there was no communication issue. They were happy to share events and places of interest with you. Overall a fantastic stay and experience.

Staffs are really helpful. the area are so convenient. but still I wanted to complain about the odds smells in the restroom and also kitchen area not cleaned completely specifically sink drainer not clean. We enjoyed finding the ninjas in the lobby. It was fun for us parents as well as our daughter. The staff members in reception were also very friendly, especially Aoi san who was exceptional in making us feel welcomed and brightened our days. We are glad to have stayed at this hotel because we got to meet Aoi san.

We had a great stay at this Mimaru location. The front desk was very helpful, they had fun events and games for the kids to do, and the room we stayed in was very comfortable. We stayed in the ninja room and my family loved the decoration of the room. There are great Ramen Noodle restaurants across the street, very close to shopping, Ueno Park and the museums. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Nice convenient property with great service.

It was a short stay but the helpfulness of the staff was top notch. The staff was very friendly and looked to help with travel questions - ride to hotel, baggage storage etc. They were also multilingual which helped - many spoke English. The room was smaller than other Mimaru stays in comparison which made it a bit cramped for luggage with family (if you have more than a couple). Like many say with usual Japan hotels, at least for our travel group, it was hard to access/place our luggage. The location was convenient. Restaurants and train were all within walking distance. All in all, a solid choice.

Location is great. Short walk to the Okachimachi station, plenty of good local dining and shopping, near a lively area but not nearly as crowded as some of the more touristy parts of Tokyo. The property is well maintained with rooms that are well suited for families. Overall would highly recommend.
