Superb location, right in the centre of Ueno with enough bustling yet with space and peace at the same time. Close to multiple train stations within 3-5 minutes walk, and Ameyoko shopping street! Many good restaurants around too. It’s very welcoming to return to this brightly lit hotel every day. Room was spacious for a solo traveller, bed was huge and comfortable. Staff were also really helpful and friendly. Would stay again!

Lots of amenities and staff were very helpful with any questions. Hotel location was also great, very close to multiple stations- max about 10-15 minutes to Ueno station, ueno-hirokoji station being right around the corner etc. Plenty of food too including all the convenience stores- 7/11, family mart & lawson, with ameyoko market being nearby and nakamise shopping st just a few train stops away! I could go on and on but in a nutshell location is very good - you’d really like it!

The lady that helped me checked in was super helpful. I had a layover without luggage, was super grateful the lobby has all the amenities and supply I need. The location is easily accessible to metro and keisei ueno station. Highly recommend.

Good for short stay in Tokyo

Easy to get to from airport and around Tokyo very close to several stations. Rooms clean but small but ideal for what we wanted loads of places to eat around the hotel would stay there again.
