I have been in Tokyo many times, and I enjoyed my stay at the Tabist. The staff was very helpful. The room was impeccably clean - better than other hotels I have stayed in in Tokyo. We stayed in a triplex, and this was the largest room I have seen in Tokyo so far. It is an older, perfectly maintained hotel right by a Family Mart. It is located between Shibuya and Yoyogi stations. It is a 13-minute walk from either one, and it is only a few minutes from Yoyogi Park. It is a very quiet neighborhood, but close enough to Shibuya. I highly recommend this hotel, and I would stay again on my next trip. Arigatogozaimasu!

very nice please and walking distance to shopping center. Staff were very nice and helpful and the best thing about the place is, it’s next to family mart which is convenient. I also like how you need to leave room keys since I didnt have to worry where to put it

Perfect room for solo traveller. Despite it is an old building the room was well maintained and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Shibuya Crossing is 10min walk away and the area is really quiet. Lots of options for food in a walking distance in family neighborhood - you can’t tell that the touristy areas are just 10min walk away. The FamilyMart is next to the hotel, very convenient, plus it is the meeting point for lots of JDM cars. I would certainly return and I highly recommend this place.

街中にある古いホテルといった印象ですが、綺麗に清掃されていて清潔感がありました。またスタッフの皆さんの対応がとても素晴らしく、親切でした。アメニティのお茶はフレーバーティーも選ぶことが出来て良かったです。 隣にコンビニもあるし駅からも近いし、立地はかなり良かったです。 来年も同時期にお世話になると思います。 よろしくお願いします。

Very convenient location, close to the Shibuya Station, and main tourist hub, but also on a quiet street. Ideally located right next to a Family Mart and Yoyogi Park to escape the busyness. Friendly staff, good room for the price and location. Would stay here again.

Hotel DOES NOT handle luggage forwarding. They will receive your luggage but will not forward it for you. There is a lawson's right next door, but it's a much different experience handling it through there. The hotel itself is old so you use physical keys that you have to hand to the staff every time you leave. I'm okay doing this with a ryokan, but it was quite annoying to have to do it here. WiFi is not stable and drops out often. Only a single water bottle given at checkin rather than 2 per room cleaning which I thought was an odd corner to cut. The room itself is spacious and the location is decent.

部屋の照明をつけるのに２カ所のスイッチのオンオフ組み合わせが必要で一度聞けばなんて事はないですが、先に伝えてあげるといいかもしれません。 エアコンの設定ができないのかと思っていたら、フタで隠れている事に出発の時気が付きました。 これも操作部はここだと目印があればいいと思います。
