"Staff are welcoming and they have front desk staff late at night too. Very close to Ueno station. It’s beside a highway but their windows are able to block the car noise. Had no problem sleeping at night."

"Lovely modern hotel in a convenient location. Short distance from Ueno station or a very short walk to Inaricho station which is on the Ginza line. We had the Japanese room; really clean, roomy, and excellent shower in a wet room. Staff are super friendly and there’s a big selection of items that guests can borrow including rice cooker and toastie machine. Also games for hire at no cost. Would totally stay in this hotel again. "
