We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We spent five nights there, and it was the perfect base for exploring the city. It’s a really beautiful small hotel, the staff is very friendly. I had a double room (compact), it was quite small but for me traveling alone it was completely fine. For two people it might be too small though. The location is very convenient to get to all sorts of places in Tokyo. I can recommend the food served at the hotel as well. Very delicious and lots of fresh stuff. In case I come back to Japan I would definitely like to stay here again.

The property was conveniently located near a station to catch subway. Every single staff encountered was helpful, kind and always professional! I love that you get everything you could possibly need including pajamas! Loved this hotel! Rooms are very cozy but it was just me so it worked! Would definitely book again upon my return!

This place was amazing! You have a 5 min walk to the trains and a 10-15 minute walk to Ueno Park! It was cute, clean, and easily accessible. Staff was amazing. Rooms were small but did the job! The coffee bar was an added plus! Also you have 7-11 right around the corner!

Very convenient close to train station. Quiet and clean. The only thing is breakfast you can only choose a small bowl of rice or 1 piece of bread, very small portion. Other egg, sausage etc are plenty. But we prefer more carb.

We stayed one night and glad we weren't staying longer. Room was nice, spacious enough for Tokyo. Bathroom very cramped, could have been a little bigger as entry way to the room was bigger than bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the room felt overpriced for what it was as we stayed in nicer bigger hotels for similar price in central Tokyo.

Pros: - breakfast included with the stay is quite good - able to store bags after checkout for a later flight - a few good local food spots nearby Cons: - the rooms are not very clean, bathroom is visibly dirty and the floors/tv/walls/ceilings are very dusty - bathroom is smaller than a cruise ship bathroom, this is the 5th hotel we stayed in in Japan so we were expecting it to be small but this was next level tiny - shared public spaces in the hotel are visibly worn down, paint chipping, stained and ripped furniture etc Overall not a bad stay, just not as trendy and clean as the photos online make it appear
