We loved staying at this Hotel, a hidden gem. The hotel is modern, comfortable, clean and the restaurant is fantastic. It is also close to various trains and subways, so easy access to the rest of Tokyo.

We loved our stay at Hotel Niwa. In fact it was one of the best hotels we stayed in throughout our 50 years of traveling throughout the world. Hotel Niwa has many wonderful amenities like self laundry machines, plus rooms for tranquility, outside decks, and a quiet room of massage chairs. The breakfast is fantastic with an amazing assortment of delicious foods. Perhaps best of all, the staff is exceptional in their helpfulness, knowledge, and kindness. We highly recommend Hotel Niwa to all travelers.

The breakfast was the best of our entire 10 day trip! Thoroughly enjoyed the massage chairs and tea in relaxation room and zen garden after a long day. Close to 2 good stations. Loved the pajamas and slippers. Best of the 4 hotels we stayed at. Quiet and very comfortable. Small rooms which are typical of Japan.

The hotel is in an ideal location - quiet and cozy but close to the train/subway as well as convenience stores, a nearby shopping mall and many restaurants and cafes. The amenities are top notch, including a fitness center, a relaxation room with free massage chairs (a must after walking 20K steps per day!), and a nice restaurant. The rooms are roomy by Tokyo standards and include complimentary clean pajamas everyday as well as clean and aesthetic decor. Highly recommend!

This hotel is perfection- quiet, clean, thoughtfully appointed and esthetically beautiful. It boasts lovely meditation and relaxation spaces. The restaurant Lieu is very nice (we didn’t try the Japanese one). The hotel is well located in relation to trains and subways. The staff are super sweet, courteous and very , very helpful. I have no criticisms at all. My husband and I loved every moment of our 7 night stay and woukd definitely return
