"The room was very clean, and the bed and bedding were extremely comfortable and well-maintained. However, I noticed quite a bit of dust on the table, cabinets, and even on the makeup mirror, which was disappointing for a luxury hotel.
The staff were outstanding—everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.
Breakfast had a beautiful view and was enjoyable overall, but I think the quality could better match the standard of a luxury hotel. I wouldn’t mind paying a little more if the food quality were improved. The overall taste was average, but the freshly made crepes, egg dishes, and all of the pastries were excellent. Unfortunately, the sashimi did not seem very fresh. I also think fresh-squeezed fruit juices would be much more appropriate for a hotel of this level.
The location is fantastic. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping, and attractions within walking distance, yet the area remains quiet and feels very safe. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider coming back."
