"Great hotel, I loved the amenities and especially the fact that there was a coin laundry inside the hotel. Being connected to the mall and onsen was also a huge plus.
I really enjoyed the onsen facilities, and I found it increidbly helpful you could check both the laundry status and onsen crowdedness on the hotel room TV. I only wish that the hours were more clear for the onsen, because I got to the bedrock bath too late.
I also had some trouble finding the hotel entrance from the train station, and the hotel is quite far from most general attractions in Tokyo. Aside from that, everything was great. Highly highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing stay."
