"The hotel was brand new, with lovely wooden floors and decor. Check in was easy and welcoming and location is close to shops, restaurants and Ueno station. The room is a large open space (we had three people in the flower room). There was also a portable cooking hob if you need to do simple cooking. "The staff was very helpful guiding us through our check in and checkout. They also helped us fill out the luggage transfer forms for our oversized luggage & directed us to the correct Yamato location nearby. The room was very clean and was comfortable. There was a good amount of space for us to open luggage compared to a lot of other Tokyo hotels. We also appreciated the hotel providing QR codes for all the appliances to translate to English."
