"Clean and spacious room and very friendly staff. I accidentally left some stuff behind and they kept my stuff for me. After calling them first to confirm, I was able to stop by a few days later to pick it up. I really appreciate the service and extra care. The hotel is away from the touristy spots. I enjoy the quietness of the neighborhood. A lot of local restaurants within walking distance. They were all very good. The hotel restaurant seems to be very popular as there is always a line. I only tried the breakfast buffet, which was really nice with good selections, especially the traditional Japanese breakfast options."

"The rooms were very clean and there was a convenience store and cafe in the hotel as well as a spa/pool. The hotel was next to a train station, 7eleven and a few restaurants. Definitely recommend. "

The location is unmatched. Just a short walk from Ueno Station, which made getting around Tokyo incredibly convenient.
It was easy to hop on the JR lines or the subway, and the neighborhood itself has a lot to offer, from great restaurants and cafés to Ueno Park and several museums nearby."
