Fine place to stay, very convenient. I don't like that each tattoo patch is 500 yen - it's fine that you don't allow tattoos in the hotel onsen, but you should charge those patches at cost / without a profit as it's annoying to have to put them on anyways.

The location to Ueno Park and Ueno Station was perfect. The street outside the hotel was full of entertainment and food choices. The room itself was small and the carpet was stained. Overall, it was a great place to stay for a short amount of time.
