"The hotel is very conveniently located. It is extremely close to Senso-Ji and has a metro stop within 3 mins walking distance, but is a wonderful oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle of Asakusa. The breakfast restaurant was a decent value for the price. The staff were very friendly and efficient in wvery interaction. As a final comment: the afternoon and early evening lounge offerings (soft drinks, beer, coffee and tea) were a very pleasant way to unwind when returning each day. "

"The experience was wonderful and that's in large part because of the staff. My wife and I (from the USA) deeply appreciated the breakdown we received from reception, asking us kindly to observe Japanese norms such as taking off shoes and putting them in a shoe locker (yes, we walked around the hotel in socks and it was just fine!). Their hot springs was a huge plus. It was included and we used it every night. It does take some adjusting to get used to using a public space in that way (please review prior to coming) but the experience was rejuvenating. We opted to eat breakfast at the Japanese buffet. This wasn't included in our stay, but we happily paid the amount. It was delicious, and the associated staff were so thoughtful, happy, and warm. Overall the location is amazing. Easy to visit the local shrine, shopping center, and a close walk to the Subway. "

"This hotel is located in a very convenient spot for tourist to shop and eat. It is close enough for tourists to put everything back into the hotel room after shopping. The staff greet you every time you enter the main entrance. This feels good. "

"Nice on the surface level impression, but stingy about the things that mattered. The rooms had 3 trays of shower caps, tooth brushes, cotton swabs, etc., which were mostly unnecessary. The hotel only changed our sheets upon request once in 10 days. You could leave out a card requesting the sheets to be changed & then the request card completely disappeared after that. We were also only allowed 1 espresso pod per person, per day to use in our specialty maker. Otherwise, you could take instant coffee packs from the lobby. Real coffee drinkers don't like instant. You could request more sugar, but not more creamer. We are not accessive bathers & didn't always use our towls. We felt like impositions. Furthermore, many Americans don't watch CNN & was offered as the only English news."
