OMG where do i start? The staff are courteous & helpful - they even entertained our children with games during the check in process. Nothing is a problem, we were SO IMPRESSED. The rooms are clean & well maintained. The location is amazing - we love the Asakusa area - the rail system is just a step away.

Perfect room for families, staff were so friendly and helpful. The roof terrace was great to get your own private Tokyo view! The area was great and we found it easy to navigate around Tokyo with our 8 and 5 year old. Laundry at the hotel and the luggage forwarding service were also a brilliant service.

Location is prime, familymart was right below the hotel and opened 24/7 with 7-11 right across the street. They spoke English and was so helpful with luggage service. Definitely recommend!

I am so pleased to stay in Mimaru Tokyo Asakusa Station. The staff are so nice, friendly, accommodative and attentive. We stayed there for a total of nine nights. Hotel itself is at top quality: spacious, clean, good locations (close to pretty much everything), I don't think there's much more I can ask for. A special thanks to one of the travel partners, Moka. Thank you for playing with my son and cheered him up when he was not well and had to stay in the hotel for one whole day. He was so upset when we were at the last day of our stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel was centrally located to the Ginza and Asakusa Lines. One minute walk to Gina line. This made it very easy to get around Tokyo. The staff was very nice and helpful and answered questions we had. The room was clean and big enough for a family of 4 adults. Family Mart was downstairs.
