Awesome place and stay. The bed, though a bit stiff, was incredibly comfortable. My only issue wasn't with the staff, but the other guests. They seemed to take the "stay quiet past 10pm" rule as more of a light suggestion. That isn't the fault of the establishment itself, though.

I stayed in a room with 2 bunk beds where the bunk beds took up 90% of the space. If you're into practicing your acrobatics, give it a shot... hard to organize your stuff this way. sound is very hard to manage as well... I feel like they skimp in ways they shouldn't have to. Service was great.

We had a very great time here. Actually, we had a big mishap concerning our luggage and luggage forwarding, however, the staff went above and beyond to help us retrieve our lost luggage. Without them, we may not have gotten our items back.
Additionally, the facilities and amenities were great! I would absolutely recommend AND HOSTEL to friends and family traveling to Tokyo!

Staff were very professional and welcoming. Explained the culture of the area and helped tremendously with any needs. Sleep quality was poor d/t the fact that the building walls are hollow and the noise kept me from achieving anymore than two hours sleep.
