Staff were very helpful and friendly. Staying near Asakusa was perfect. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, while still being in a quiet neighborhood. When we arrived, they were waiting with a gift for our daughter for her birthday. There was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were spacious and very comfortable.
