"Our stay, as a family of 6, was absolutely perfect. We arrived later to our reservation due to a flight cancellation. The staff was so understanding. When we arrived, they were waiting with a gift for our daughter for her birthday. There was plenty of room for all of us. The beds were spacious and very comfortable. "Really enjoyed staying at dots. tokyo. Location was excellent and the hotel was clean and had everything we needed as a family of four. Washing machine in the room was such a bonus. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Staying near Asakusa was perfect. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, while still being in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again."
