"The room was so relaxing, the onsen was immaculate (with a whole line-up of different shampoos and conditioners to try!) and the staff was beyond gracious. I checked out a few hours early (8:30am) then suddenly and quickly became very ill. I walked back to the hotel and asked if there was any chance I could go back to my room to rest. It was about 9:30 am at this point, check-out was at 11. So they were able to “un-check-out” for me and allowed me to do a late checkout (1pm) for a small fee, even though my room had already been cleaned! I rested up and felt much better by 1pm. As I was leaving, several staff members sincerely asked how I was doing and if I needed any further assistance. 10/10 customer service!"

"Our floor had a laundry machine that was really useful. It is in a great and lively location. I am a very light sleeper but we were able to sleep comfortable and didn't hear any outside noise. "

"Very friendly staff, very well maintained hotel. I liked the breakfast. More Japanese traditional buffet. Evening free ramen for dinner. For the price of the hotel with so much of local foods near by in asakusa. This is my preferred hotel. "
