Very clean suite! Upon arrival at any hotel I always spot clean and this particular room was spotless. Traveling with a group of four from USA, and felt very comfortable in our spacious accommodations with amenities available upon request. The location was ideal and within a few minutes walk to the Asakusa Train Station. Also nearby is Nakamise Shopping Street and Sensoji Temple. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and spoke some english. Highly recommend for comfort, spaciousness, proximity and cleanliness!

Did not use the kitchen, but did use the laundry which is always interesting in foreign countries compared to the relative ease that we can dry clothes in the US. They were very helpful by providing a simple guide on how to run the laundry. Outside of a small hiccup regarding the laundry (which one of the front desk staff members helped to remediate by walking my wife down to the laundromat) the property was great. Spacious with 2 bedrooms, very clean, great location right next to the subway and by a large shopping street with street food options as well as great cultural sites within walking distance. Would highly recommend to anyone with a family!

Family friendly stay in Tokyo!

We really enjoyed our 2 bedroom, 2 bath (1 toilet) suite. We had plenty of room to relax and also it was so convenient to have a kitchenette and washing machine/dryer! The location was great with close access to the Ginza line and also within walking distance of the Senso Ji Temple.

Has easy access to a Ministop for small items and withdrawing cash. Right across Sumida river too. The property was nice and clean - the washer dryer combo meant we could work with fewer clothes for the duration of our trip. Wouldn't mind booking at the Mimaru brand again when I return to Japan.

Pillows and beds were uncomfortable and they only clean certain parts of the room every day not the whole room. You have to pay for your own water even though you are paying a pretty penny to stay there. Staff were very nice

Loved this place so much that we are staying there on the tail end of our trip! They ship luggage for a small fee between hotels which is just an amazing option! Comfortable suites and great staff who were very kind throughout our stay.
