"Really good stay at this hotel. Very easy to get to in Tokyo, and very large. Nice main area as well. We had a three person room which was large enough to accommodate three people easily. The wardrobe could have been larger - perhaps a second one somewhere? Additionally, the bed closest to the window didn't have any charging/wall plugs which is an oversight. Bathroom was well stocked and clean, although a definite smell of urine. I liked the addition of the TV speaker being able to be turned on while in the bathroom. Cleaning staff were superb - massive thanks to them. Especially for finding my missing AirPod! All in all, a really good hotel and one that I was sad to leave. "

"Clean room large enough to fit 24” luggage with sufficient moving space. Toilet is clean, has ample space for toiletries, and good heating system. Loved their onsen. Friendly and helpful staff. "
