"Always a pleasure staying at this hotel. Really quiet for the area and easy access to the metro and JR line. Staff are always very helpful and the hotel is beautifully designed."
"Nice hotel in a good location. There is an abundance of dining and shopping within walking distance with two train stations nearby. The rooms are very nice and the free sake tasting and soba noodles in the evening are a great touch!"

"The staff at the Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo were sooo kind. The entire hotel was clean. Our room had all the amenities we needed. The hotel was located in a quiet and safe area close to multiple train stations. There was a 7 eleven, Starbucks and many local restaurants nearby. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel. "
"The hotel staff were very friendly & accomodating. They treated us well during our stay. The spa was fully included in the price of our stay & it made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. The spa was clean & provided everything from brushes & blowdryers to curling & flat irons. The hotel was located close to the train station, which was convenient. There were tons of restarants & clothing/shoe stores within walking distance. It was very quiet inside the hotel, but very noisy outside from the train & outdoor dining areas. Also, this neighborhood was quite dirty. "
"I was attending a concert at the Tokyo Dome facility. This hotel was perfect! Quite a number of hotel guests were attending the same concert. The facilities were good the WiFi could have been faster but was useable.
The cleaning stff were particulalrly helpful.
If you are staying on the Executive floor do make use of the lounge - I only managed to do so once becuase I was busy - an excellent selection of quality spirits on offer although they could have perhaps had a craft beer selection. Maybe next time!?"
