"Excellent hotel, large room, good service, convenient location. Subway station is very close to the hotel. There is a 24 hour open convenient store Lawson at the second floor of the hotel. You can buy food, drinks and other daily necessities. "
"It was a last-minute booking since I missed my flight that day, but the staff handled everything perfectly and they very much tolerated my bad Japanese. It was a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend Tokyu hotels to everyone who travels on a budget but still prefer quiet rooms and soft beds."
"Very clean room. Small like many Tokyo rooms, but it was comfortable. The breakfast spread was acceptable, and the ramen dishes available were very good. There is only one washer and dryer for laundry, so that might be a problem for some. "
"This was our second time staying here within a month. We had such a great time the first time we came back. The staff has been amazing for both stays. The room was clean, and has nice furnishings. The restaurant/bar at the hotel has also always gone above and beyond. The outdoor seating has heaters and blankets (for winter months). It's a cozy place to have a drink, dinner or deserts. There is so much to do around the hotel (even if your not interested in Anime). Would stay again. "
