「First, I wanna say my husband will love telling all of his buddies. We stayed above a pub in London.
We so much enjoyed the four young ladies that took care of us and the pub they made suggestions and helped us navigate London. The food was really good and enjoyable. Great prices on pitchers of mixed drinks.
If you stay there, you need to know two things there’s no elevator and no air-conditioning but you have a fan.」
「Very traditional and classic English hotel. I love the old style of building itself as you cannot experience in other 5 star hotel. Room is tiny but bed is superb. They seems lack of staff during night time as some of the orders took a while to be done. 」
「The room is full of high tech stuff. Big TV and massage bed. The hotel is closed to the Victoria Coach station, 5 min walk, which can take the bus directly to the airport. The only disappointment is the room and bathing area just too small. I suggest them try to use bath screen to keep the bathroom dry」

"The location is very convenient Walking distance -10 minutes to Victoria coach station , Victoria train and underground station. To Buckingham Palace is 20 minutes. The breakfast is simple but good. Staff are nice. "
"The room is clean and tidy, and conveniently located near the train station. The space is ideal for one person. However, the Wi-Fi connection is poor, and the chair in the room is too heavy. I would suggest replacing it with a lighter one."
"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily.
Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
