This was a beautiful hotel with a convenient walk to the Tube. Our room and bathroom were larger than most UK hotels we have been staying at, and the breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole hotel is just beautiful and clean!

The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for food and things to do in the area. It is very walkable to anywhere you want to go in London as well as to public transportation. Easy National Express bus which is a 10 minute walk takes you directly to and from Heathrow.

Das kleine Doppelzimmer war einfach nur für eine Person. Zu zweit konnte man in dem 1,35 Meter breitem (schmalen) Bett nicht wirklich gut schlafen. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Der Reinigungsservice im Zimmer perfekt.

It was really peaceful as solid building. Minimal noise from customers staff. Air con brilliant as very hot in London. Some of the furnature a bit tired. Would stay again.

I arrived quite early and while I had emailed to check if my bags could be held until check in (and the answer was yes), it turns out my room was ready early. I was very surprised and so appreciative! The staff have been so lovely and accomodating and the hotel was lovely and the facilities were great. Close to groceries and shops and close to transport further into the city. Will happily stay again!

Warm, welcoming staff. Clean room. Recently updated bathroom with shower wand and overhead rain shower. Fully air conditioned, comfortable bed, mini fridge with waters. All shower amenities in the shower. Our 5th floor room had an outstanding view over the rooftops to see the London Eye, the Parliament tower and even Big Ben! The lift was ever so helpful on the hot days! A bar in the lobby and a breakfast dining room downstairs. Everyone was so accommodating and quick to answer any query. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. And walking distance to Pimlico Station or Victoria Station for the Underground. Oh, and restaurants just one block away…Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Mediterranean… We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a somewhat centrally located hotel. 5 nights in late June. Thank you all for your wonderful support and service.
