「Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended.」

「I have stayed in many mid tier hotels in central London. My stay at Brit hotel was a nice room, quiet, and well kept. Staff is very helpful. Room was spotless. Shower worked (yes, you'd think it would be a given, but many central London hotels seem to be full of leaking showers). Room was quiet, not much room-next-door noise.. 「I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new...

「The bed is very comfortable. Is a highlight of the hotel. Also location wise is perfect for people travelling to the airport too. The only thing was the hot water either super hot or none. Is hard to adjust for the shower to a suitable temperature for a shower. 」

「It was lovely to stay at this hotel where it's very close to King's Cross station. Room is not very big but enough for 2 people. Staffs are very helpful regarding to luggage storage after checking out. £3 per luggage. Overall it's a nice stay at Point A hotel King's Cross!」
