"Fantastic staff at reception on all shifts,doing over expectations. The housekeeper on level 4 very considerate and wanting to help. Now the reason it gets 4 not 5. For the 1st time the cooked breakfast swas exactly the same for the 3 mornings: scrambled eggs, same sausages,had brown,tomatoes, bacon. Other have stopped the eggs for fried or omelette and mushrooms or tomatoes. Individual yogurts, boiled eggs and milk in a fridge. I have mentioned this to the morning Receptionist when I left."

"Easy to park. Lovely room with air con. Easy transport from Watford junction to wembley central for a concert. Nice breakfast. Will use this hotel for all future wembley concerts"

"Just a one night stay while visiting old friends. The reception staff were our major interaction with the staff and both Jasmine and Stella were amazing! They were both very helpful and aware of the difficulties imposed by the extreme heat. Many thanks to both of them!"

"Stayed June 20 & 21, 2026. The directions were great, the staff very helpful and accommodating. The 2 nights were very hot & humid! Didn't know how to open the windows, thought they needed keys, but they didn't. We're from Canada so the windows are different. Luckily we had a fan in the room to help us sleep the 1st night. With the windows open the 2nd night, we still needed the fan for comfort. Apparently the UK was having a heat wave! Sam, the owner/manager (?) was very responsive and helpful. He comped us breakfast for our discomfort. How generous & it was much appreciated! I wasn't keen on sharing a bathroom with another room but we had no choice, the BnB we had booked, cancelled on us only 5 weeks prior to arriving and we had to scramble to find alternative accommodations. This Guest House had only this room without a private bathroom available. First time using Expedia to book accommodations. All in all, thank you to the staff & to Sam, for a good stay."
