The staff was friendly, the complex was clean, the room was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Air conditioning was great! I love the fact that the rooms had some outlets that were standard to American power plugs (Type A) .

The shower wasn't very clean and looked like it needed to be updated. I don't think it was mold...maybe it was a buildup of soap scum. Not sure but I was reluctant to shower in it. Everything else about the room was fine. The bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast (& lunch) were delicious. The staff was wonderful. It is a 25 minute walk to the nearest tube. The photo and description of the property are a little misleading. This is NOT in London. It is in Hayes, 45 minutes to an hour on the train from the center of London.

Cute boutique hotel near Heathrow, convenient for a short stay. The breakfast was tasty, which was a highlight. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner, particularly the toilet bowl, which did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly after the previous guest. The on-site restaurant also closes at 4:00 p.m , so there aren’t any dining options available at the hotel in the evening. Overall, the stay was just okay.

One thing I feel the hotel could improve is the information provided to guests. Interconnecting rooms should be clearly specified when booking, as some guests may not feel comfortable with this arrangement and may prefer more privacy. The opening hours of the restaurants and shops should also be clearly communicated before arrival. When I arrived, the hotel restaurant/shop was closed, and I had to walk around 25 minutes to find the nearest shop. This was particularly inconvenient after travelling. Having this information in advance would allow guests to plan accordingly and avoid unnecessary inconvenience.
