「The location is great! walking distance from shops, restaurants, a Super Tesco and the underground station! The room was a great size for a solo traveller and i was comfortable. Two points of improvement 1) Please add a full length mirror somewhere in the rooms. 2) My suite was street facing and on street level. If half the windows were frosted, I’d be able to get some sunlight into the room. Unfortunately I kept the blinds lowered. Overall, I do intend to stay with Bob again.」

「Well I want to be honest and say I haven’t travelled in a long time so full disclaimer I may be out of touch with staying in new and hip places. Although the room is small especially for a tall 6 foot guy it’s not bad. This is not a regular hotel stay in the traditional sense. The neighborhood is safe and its situated in a great location to eat and get anything you need but there is no receptionist or on-site person to talk to directly. 「Very nice reception staff and located in a good location, close to public transportation. Internal cleanliness and comfort are good. However, the building is quite old and there were several days when the lifts were out of order. 」

「After booking, Hausd System sends an email to guests, allowing them to indicate preferred check-in and check-out times. Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked. 「Great location near by Charing Cross (around 5 mins walk). The kitchen in the room brought lots of convenience. However the water pressure was small and the hot water didn't last long. The breakfast was so so. The restaurant was small and had been busy between 8-10am.」
