The location was central and the room very comfortable. It is an older hotel, though. The window in my bathroom would not close so I had to have the heater on high. There is no dedicated hotel staff so not as much service as other hotels. But breakfast was great, and we dis enjoy our stay.

We had a lovely stay at this Inn. The rooms were very comfortable and the shower was great. All the staff we came across were friendly and professional. The breakfast was amazing (Full English) with really fresh quality produce in a wonderful setting.

This was a lovely overnight spot. Rooms were well appointed with nice amenities. Clean and cozy. Breakfast was good, especially appreciated meal was included. Highly recommend.

Fantastic!
Couldn’t have wished for a nicer stay. Perfect location to travel into London with frequent trains from Harpenden station.
The room was lovely and spacious. The bathroom was luxurious.
Breakfast was excellent with great choice and service.
Highly recommend.

the room was an excellent size as well as the bathroom, just a couple of things let it down was torn net curtain in the bedroom, the mastic around the shower needs attention as well as the painted wardrobe.
overall the stay was excellent and the breakfast was well presented and it was great value for money

Excellent stay
The bedrooms were well decorated and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and efficient, and the manager/owner was very accommodating to our groups requests. Only downside is no car park, but you can park for free a couple of mins walk away and wasn't really an issue for us

Booked through Expedia and it clearly showed that the property provides a free breakfast but on arrival we were told we had to pay extra for breakfast.
